Android Story @ Neonopolis
Something about his angular head that made me stop, and shoot. You see for my blade runner inspired project, NEONOPOLIS, this guy oozed; surrogate, synth, droid, bot, cyborg. Throw in the turquoise glow, the CCTV presence, the cross beams of aquamarine steel, the man in black with strange gait and automaton gaze, and this street moment is one epic moment for my android story. I’m actually convinced this individual is running on circuit boards and ones and zeros.
Neonpolis as a concept is where I begin an investigation into visual vibes and sci-fi aesthetics but at the same time Neonopolis becomes the genesis to a thread that will lead me to explore very profound subjects. Watch this space.
